1. WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

You can return a product up to 30 calendar days after you receive it.

2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY MONEY BACK?

After your return has been processed your money will be back in your account within 3-5 days. The processing begins when we receive the track and trace code of your return.

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

5. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We based in Sarasota, FL. The average delivery time is 2-7 days, depending on location and shipping method.

6. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO? 

First, check your tracking code. You can find the tracking link in your order confirmation. As long as the package is on the move there is nothing we can do to improve the shipping speed.

8. MY ORDER IS DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your order is damaged, we ask you to send us a picture of the product with the damage clearly visible. This way we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
